Default Frequency Out Of Range error(Can't log in! HELP!)

Hi. I switched to windowed mode while in game, this initiated a horrible sequence of events. It took me nearly 30 min to get back on to switch back to full screen mode. Once I was in full screen mode, i started to tamper with the different resolutions from the options menu, I guess I switched one that is bigger than my computer monitor, and now when I try to log in server:The screen goes black and I get the message "Frequency out of range", I can still hear music, but have to manually shut down my computer to get back on, ctrl alt dlt doesnt work, nothing....

This is very horrible considering I just started playing and was very excited to be back on eq, any help asap would be very much appreciated.

Also: I Un-installed the game then re-installed but still the same...Can I edit this from my directory folder? I put it on 300x400 or something of that nature...Thank you for your help.

I have Windows Vista.

Default I fixed it!

Thank you, I fixed it last night, I had to go and change the vista refresh rate, I made it lower and I could log on! THanks.
