Default Windows defender blocking known and open EQEMU ports?

inbound and outbound, UDP and TCP, local ports on server.

6000, 5998, 5999, 7000-7500, 7778, 9000-9001, 3306

only works with windows defender firewall off, client connects to server with server defender off only.

not a router connection its just a cable from one PC to the Other, computers are offline

windows 10

I tried everything what am I missing here?
eqhost has 5998

Thanks

You will probably need to add rules to defenders firewall settings to open those ports.
But if you are “offline”, I would just leave defender off
