Default HP/Mana/Endurance regen while sitting

Is there a way to change this? It seems to already be a value in the code somewhere, since I think all three regen faster when you sit, but I'm not sure where to look for it. Thank you!

It seems easy to change in SoD, but I am using Titanium. Is it even possible to change the sitting regen rates in Titanium? Or rather, just the OOC regen rate would be fine too.

Adjust the value for this rule in your rule_values table:

Character:RestRegenPercent

I tried that, but it didn't do anything. Is there a second value I have to change? Or maybe the range of values are restricted and I'm putting in something wrong.

Oh my gosh..I figured it out. What was happening is..I was using HeidiSQL to update the database, but for some reason, none of the changes were taking effect. Turns out I was editing a second install I didn't know I had. I was able to use the ol' DOS prompt MySQL commands to change the stat. Whoops!
