I have fixed the problem that prevented the client from getting an update that it has received money without the need to zone first. This should allow player-to-player coin trades to be updated as well as quest::givecash().
I also optimized my original fix for zone weather.
I wanted to post my diff for this source code here, but forum software says my source code is too long and I didnt want to break a unified diff into multiple posts for KLS or FNW's sake.
