Here's a good thing to know ( if you don't already), Windows caches DNS for around 24 hours, so if the dynamic IP changes and goes un-checked, you may think the site is down (when it really is not), for up to a day.
You can open your network connections and right click your 'local area connection' icon, select 'Repair'. this purges the cache and refreshes dns. So, if you are having trouble connecting, this may be a solution.
My dns 'nahunta.org', and 'blackwater.dynip.com' are dynamic too.
