New Tannan Crafting Mastery

Wasn't sure where to post this, just looking for some trivial info about 2 different AA's on one of my server projects. it's the only 2 AA's left that I can't find concrete info for.

First - New Tanaan Crafting Mastery. Seems there is mixed opinions all over the internet about which expansion that it came with. (SoL or PoP). ? Some think is was the latter part of Luclin era, while others think, since New Tanaan was a PoP thing, it must of came with that.

Second - the pally AA, Lay on Hands and Improved Lay on Hands. Oldest post I can find, so far, is 2010, but nothing useful as to which xpac they came with.

New Tanaan was introduced with PoP. HT and LoH were changed in SoL.

New Tanaan Crafting Mastery is PoP, for simple reason that "New Tanaan" is the name of city in the Plane of Knowledge
