Corathus Creep Zone Points

I have been testing the zones lately and I have found an issue with Nek forest and Corathus Creep that I cant figure out. I zone into Nek from POK and then zone to Corathus and everything is fine. If I zone from CC to Nek it puts me in a different Nek zone sometimes and it does not allow me to zone back into CC. It just pushes my character under the water. I looked at the zone points and saw one was set to instance 1 and the rest set to 0. I changed them all to 0 but didn't fix the issue. Any suggestions?
