Zones starting/stopping continually?

I just got my eqemu server going, however I am no computer guru so this has been a stretch for me. Anyway, I started the world using my start.bat file and every thing went as planned untill the [WORLD_LAUNCH] zone: started repeating itself over and over. My understaning is that it is supposed to load 6 dynamic zones? However, as I look at my screen right now I am on the 48th. It starts then immediately afterwards stops. Could someone give me some guidance on what I should be doing next?
