Is there a simple way to incorporate the character mover section from Character Browser website?

My CMS is PHP-Fusion I am creating a custom page for the character mover so people can do it themselves.
I tried making a form and calling the charmove.php but I end up at that site. The script is very confusing because there is a lot of other things going on with it. Is there a simpler script i can incorporate into my cms that will just move a character to nexus?
