Default where are bind values in the DB?

where in the DB does it store character's bind locations?

I may be wrong, but I THINK in the quest_globals?

That seems to be the case. It isn't where i'd expect to find them either.

I think its in character_ in the profile column -- not directly editable, but I'm sure someone has a tool to do it.

Yeah, it's in character_. You need to be familiar with editing BLOBs or use a tool in order to edit them.
