Loginserver accounts I've been using for 14 years are different than what is listed

Not sure if this can be helped. I went to change the pw for the login server account I've had a character on since 2009 and still play actively, and I found my eqemu account I've had since 2008. However, the accounts listed have a different name. Both logins include my RL name so I would prefer not to post here. I was hoping I might be directed to what email/acct is supporting the logins I actually use so I can try to go recover them.
