Default Question about keeping a seperate EQ folder.

I read the post on the main page recently, and I'm a little confused about what was said here...

The new system will have a username/password and a log of everything you download, so if we ever get sued by Sony, I have all these nice logs of people that they can ban accounts on.

If you do have problems with this, why dont you do what we have always said, and KEEP ANOTHER EQ FOLDER.
I stopped playing regular eq like almost a year ago. Don't have any accounts active and such....but i'd really rather not get sued by sony...seeing how i'm a broke college student an all. With you having all our valid email addresses, is there anything we need to worry about :
