Looking for Zone Populating Programs

I have been running PEQ_CLASSIC_058.sql and barebones.sql, fixed as far as I can see, but havent seen any NPCs other than the ones I summon.
Is there a db fix that adds teh classic NPCs or a program for Populating zones?

you use either PEQ_CLASSIC_058.sql OR barebones.sql not both.

PEQ_CLASSIC_058.sql has all mobs pathing, and spawns.

when i said that is use them both, i mant that i have them both sourced to there own databases, eq and bb, thring them both out, cause bb had some bugs with doors and such.
