Default Tool - Diablo2 like loot drops

Just added enhanced functionality to this tool by request.

What the tool does is randomly assign loot to mobs (by level). You specify what loot you want by loot category and then the program assigns this to mobs.

To prevent uber items dropping off low level mobs, you can specify a subquery to allocate specific items to npc.

All loot assignments are 100% undoable within the program, and original loot drops are never modified by this program.

Many many people have asked me to enhance the program, and other's find this program by word of mouth, so here it officially is.

If you ever play solo and have mid level npc's that are basically naked, then this program can help make it more fun. The amount of loot assigned is strictly controlled,
and can be used for special server events for a short period. Say for one day, hunt as many mobs level 11-20 for special drops.
Then after the event is done, undo the loot drops.
