newdumpeditems.sql.gz question.

I imported this to local DB and queries my items. But I found some of items not in DB.
I use packet collector 0.9.4 and updated items. But still missing.

Contributor page said there are 30000+ items collected, but count() is under 20000.
Total Items in EqEmulator DB: 28731.

Is there any policy on newdumpeditems.sql.gz weekly release or something miss on dump file?

And 1 more question, Can I import item data from packet collector to my local DB ?
