Default Unknown spell effect 196 in spell Overwhelm (id 4622)

I thought I'd make this topic so that perhaps we could get the implementation of the effect, working as it should be.

The spell file data regarding Overwhelm (Monk disc that never went live) provides 50% strikethrough for the duration. I'm guessing that's linked to effect 196. I suppose now, we know what 196 refers to.

I don't really know what to do with this information so I'll leave it up to the gurus to decide what to do.

Spell Effect 196 is implemented, it simply doesnt have an entry in spell_effects.cpp to not send that msg.

Hehe, yeah, I actually came across that code last night sort of by accident.

I just thought maybe there were two kinds of strikethrough effects, one for spell effects and one for equipment, and that's why I got that error.
