Account Password Resetting

I'm unable to reset the password on the account I use to login to eqemu servers (p1999 in particular). It's an older account, created back when the forum accounts weren't directly tied to login server accounts. I've found a user which might be mine in eqemu (simply called Heallun, I found it by searching the members list). I'm curious if this forum account can be used in a way to reset the password to my account.

The account I need the password changed on is Heallun123 (the one that directly logs into the servers to play). If anyone can change it or knows how I can go about changing it I'd be much obliged.

edit: I'm posting from a newer account that has two loginserver accounts connected to it, but unfortunately, not my main account (the one with my main character on it).

First, you will need to get access to the forum account that is tied to your LS account. I don't know how old your accounts are, but as long as I am aware, the LS accounts have bee tied to forum accounts. If you can get into your old forum account, you should be able to do password changes from there.

Secondly, the only person that can help you at all in finding which account is tied to what and/or password resets is Rogean himself.

See I've only had one e-mail, gloworm118@Hotmail.com and when I attempt to find a forum account it only finds this account. I can't seem to access the Heallun account here (i only use about 4 passwords and none of them seem to work on it) so I'm rather befuddled.

I've attempted to contact Rogean through IRC, p99 and eqemulator, not sure what else I can do on that. I've heard he's the only one who has accesss to the passwords and such, but I figured perhaps I was just doing something wrong when trying to access the account.

Well, I don't want to give away anyone's personal registration info, but I can tell you that the Heallun forum account was registered to an email address with the word "Cinnamon" in it if that helps you at all.

Hrm, don't believe i've ever had an e-mail with that in it, oof. Suppose I'll have to keep trying to contact Rogean. Thanks for your help.
