Adding items trouble

I was trying to add an item into my database useing EQADMIN but when i add a new item it will crash when world trys to load it so i have to remove the item. Any ideas how i can get it to load with out crashing everytime? only happens once i commet changes then try to load world.exe

I have read in a thread SOMEWHERE on here about eqadmin being a bit buggy when trying to add things.... Maybe try using mysqlfront and see if that works, or there is a nice new looteditor (if that is what you are trying to do) that is in 3rd party tools forum.
