Default Client Installation Guide

1) Install Everquest
- (optional) Install Ruins of Kunark
- (optional) Install Scars of Velious
- (optional) Install Shadows of Luclin
- (optional) Install Planes of Power
2) Patch fully and restart the patch program until it is skinned and finished.
3) Replace the EQHost.txt file in your EQ directory with the following:

[Registration Servers]
{
"eqlogin1.eqemu.net:5997"
}
[Login Servers]
{
"eqlogin1.eqemu.net:5997"
}
4) Create a login account here (http://www.eqemu.net/login)
5) Run eqw.exe (http://eqw.eqhackers.com)in your everquest directory for the windowed client
OR
Run eqgame.exe patchme in your everquest directory for full screen client
6) At the login screen, enter the account/password you just created(forum account)
7) Select a server from the server list(green are 'preferred servers')

By my understandings, SOL should be supported fairly soon

Default On the old site....

On the old site when the EQemu vs EthQ link was up,in the Luclin support Column they both had no , but EQemu was marked *stating that Luclin support is working, but has not been released. Or something along those lines, where they could get it working ....We will see.

works as of .2.0 important note for anyone who is new here, the fix files are no longer required.
