Default Variable Table vs Rule_Values

1. Will settings in the Variables Table override or add to the Rule_Values ? (IE: if I modify EXP in variables will it add to the EXP % that is set in Rule Values?)

2. DBVersion in Variables table says '070_pop'. DB version table states '9091' Do I need to make any changes here for RoF? I am assuming I leave this alone but wanted to understand this variable ruleset.

Most entires in the variables table are no longer used.

I would not alter the db_version table unless you have a need and are 100% sure of what you are doing.

The value is an indicator of what version the database is configured to..and is updated automatically by the eqemu_update/pl script.
