Opcode errors

I set up everything according to the tutorials for minilogin and eqemulator

No matter how i set it up I repeatedly get a single opcode error (4299 i believe) in minilogin and my client goes black after I double click on my server and nothing happens. I have tested my client by playing on PEQ server and have been able to connect and play fine. I have searched the forums and a few people have had a similar occurence but none of given advice worked in my situation. Any help would be greatly appreciated :].
