Default Do i have to log into Eqemu to run server across lan ?

Is there a way by this, it seems kinda dumb that my server is within kicking distance but i have to log into Eqemu to log into it. It will not be a public server, just for the family.

If I understand you, you're looking for some way to log into your own private server without having to show up through the public eqemu server. If that's the case, check out the minilogin area; you can run that on your server and point everyone on your LAN to it to log into your own eqemu world.

Yes, I want to be able for all my laptops to be able to play through the LAN. Also if the internet would happen to be down I could still be able to play local. So Mini-Login will act as a login server through the lan ?? I though it was just to be able to log in on the same computer ?

Nope - I set it up on my server and logged in with my client on another computer.
