Default 0.6.0dr1 - various bugs -

Hello,

Server's version: 0.6.0dr1
DB: 0.6.0 compatible
Compile profile: Release
Server variables: ServerType at 1 and leavecorpses at 1.

-- 2handed weapons and shield: When someone is using a 2 handed weapon and loots a shield, the shield will be placed in the secondary slot letting the player to use the 2 hands weap and the Shield.

-- Ressurection: On my server, when someone dies, he will leave his corpse on the floor and he can be rez'd. But, a corpse can be rez'd more than 1 time letting the player to gain a large amount of xp just with the rez's. I've tried and it's like I can rez a corpse at infinite :(

-- Lay hand and Harm Touch: Both, when used, say 'Your spell is interrupted'. They're refreshed after 10 seconds and still says this message.

-- Corpses rotting: When someone dies, the corpse must stay on the ground. It's working well, but to see the corpse (so we can loot and rez him) we have to relog in order to see it.

This has been a problem for a long time. My personal solution was to remove all the rez spells other than the no exp rez, its kinda like a way of bringing the player back to the party if they die, if nothing else

Le is there a place to get a working compiled perl version of these when you make changes?.. some of us dont have a compiler or knowledge of compiling.. course if i had a compiler i would try it .. many tutorial on here .. but anyways.. some of the bugs on 6.0 is affecting the server i am running..

someone did point me to a 6.0 version that you had compiled but when i loaded the world.exe it scrolled a bunch of stuff that it didnt reconize in the items. table

and gave me an error message that items was not loaded.. so i just reverted back to the perl enabled version you did 4 days ago.

i do know that you have made some changes since then . . like fixing the mana for casters and so on..

Find my post under Win32 Server Support. I will be putting them up compiled with Perl as LE spits them out to us. Last one was with the 10-18 changes, was just put up this morning.

as for the lay on hands and harm touch bugs...
They changed the spell slots for the 9th spell slot thing in OOW...

this has been fixed in my local copy and will be making its way into CVS within a day or two.

All fixed. You will need to run the following command though:
ALTER TABLE `player_corpses` ADD `rezzed` TINYINT UNSIGNED DEFAULT "0"
