You may not have the quest folder specified in the db.ini (quest_folder= section) correctly.
It must be something like

quest_folder=c:\EQEmu\quests

I have copyed your Directory and have copyed them from the properties on Folders I have created or one that is already there, like c:\Everquest\EQEmu\quests and all still give me the same result. I have made sure to set permission on all folders since I run Windows 7. Your tools are great and any idea's would be great.

here is my DB.ini also

host=208.109.107.204
user=sneg
password=******
database=peq
everquest_folder=c:\Sony\Everquest
quest_folder=c:\EQEmu\quests

The server is at a remote loaction, I am trying to save them on my computer not sure if that makes a diffrence at all.
