Default spawning under the world
just created a new server and upon zoning in to lavastorm from nektulos all the NPCs spawned next to me underground as well as my character and i was unable to get out without using GM commands. Any ideas how i can fix this? I am brand new to this so i apologize in advance.

i should also say that i am attempting to use rof2, do i have to remove or add any files? it looks like i do have the patch_rof2.conf file, but this was already there when i installed, and i have not made any changes.
