Default Disciplines Vanishing on new players

Hi Folks / Devs,

I have a pretty game breaking issue where any new melee class gets discs and when they zone they all vanish, I have tested this with multiple clients and multiple classes and still has the same issue for everyone that is new. It doesn't seem to effect old chars however which is weird.

Does anyone have any idea how to fix this?

Morty

Could this have anything to do with the "character_disciplines" table ?

Are they really gone (/disc resistant doesn't work) or just gone from the disciplines window?

Nope, even when I type that nothing. This goes for any melee class, they simply vanish when camping or zoning. Then i can come back in and do a #traindisc 100 on them which re-scribes them however soon as they zone again "POOF".

Players have been telling me they found a way around it to be using the quest npc's to scribe their discs and those will actually stick. *Boggle*

Check your logs for any query failure entries about that `character_disciplines` table.

I've also noticed, when using #traindisc, and zone, they don't save. Using quest::traindisc and training them normally works fine.

Uleat probably has it right. Sounds like a table either missing or not structured right.
