Default Adding BOT Code and Compiling

I am trying to add all of the 1110d fixes into the Bot code and all goes well, but I can't seem to get it to compile using VC++ Express 2005 and have the Bot Code work. It compiles fine on Linux.
In the VC Express, I get no errors. I have added EQBOTS in the C++ PreProcessor Section and it shows up in the command line section. I choose Release|Perl as my option when checking the preprocessor and when I compile it. All the files are there for the bots. I thought maybe I was doing something wrong when I combined, so I only compiled the 1110Bots Src and I get the same results. Everything else works, quests, zoning etc...
Do I need to do something else to activate the BOT Code when compiling in Windows in another area?

You can find it here on this page of the BotCode Thread. It's what I used to try to compile it in VC++ 2005 Express without any changes, it's on the 3rd message down.
