Default shared memory error ubuntu

that was after shutting down the server

Getting the exact same error and messages on a fresh ubuntu install

i have the same error and running with sudo did nothing but give me a buffer overload detected error then after 30-45 min it launched the server with no zones loading when i checked it with the status command
