Whats up with this crap ...eqhost does not exist

Why in the hell does it say it cannnot find EQHOST.TXT when I try to connect when the friggen file is sitting in the EQ directory with the correct info. Is my computer screwed up or...

hmm it seems to simple....i extracted that eqw2.2 into the eq directory, changed the eqhost file to :

[Registration Servers]
{
"eqlogin.eqemu.org:5999"
}
[Login Servers]
{...
