Warping issue.

I have an issue with warping, I tend to only warp near caves where I am about to zone into another zone. I warp so fast I can't see where I am headed and usually takes me about 3 minutes to zone...

What is this thing called a warp zone ? I notice I run as fast as selos in a few spots and I'm not even a bard. This is probably a noob post but I was just wondering. It gets really annoying...

I fixed this by selecting Project 1999 at the launcher screen and then going to the project 1999 server. I was on the Dragon soul server which might be a reason why lol. Idk but it's in english now...
