Default Npc names and players speaking different language
I just logged into the game for the first time and all the NPC's names surrounding me are in Chinese writing it looks. A bunch of weird symbols any idea how I change that? I went into the game to help and everything but there is no language setting for real life. Even the things players say ooc are in Chinese and its driving me nuts !

I fixed this by selecting Project 1999 at the launcher screen and then going to the project 1999 server. I was on the Dragon soul server which might be a reason why lol. Idk but it's in english now thank god.
