Have the servers actually gotten more stable? I remember last go round when I played I would get zoning crashes alot and would just simply go LD often which in itself was rather annoying.

How long does it usually take for em to catch up, gonna go buy the last 2 expansions I dont have tomorrow and patch up and then let it sit for the emu to catch up.

I do not think thats the problem, although I do not remember what version these servers ran off of. I tried to enter 5-6 various servers and everytime I tried I crashed out.

I played on Krushers server and have been off EQ for a while now playing other mmorpg games, but have somehow found myself waiting for 5.0 again hehe. Im excited about this and cant wait to jump back...
