Is there a group focused no raiding server?

I don't like raiding so wondered if I could play a group focused game. I don't like p99 and all the others because people don't grind out Sebilis, Chardok, Velks etc. because they just do raids...

Spawn NPCs with no weapons!!

I added two new npcs, but when they spawn they have a random weapon or no weapon in their hands. How can I make sure that they have no weapons in their hands when they spawn?
