This was actually in an earlier post I started. The idea of GM items is actually hard coded in the Emu. If you want to change you you have to edit the client.cpp in your zone directory.

Once the health of a person gets down to a certain point the Health Bar that other players see makes it look as though your health has gone up when it hasnt....its a display bug
