Working Titanium to SOF?

I've got a working Titanium installation, but SOf is nice.. So, Do I install all the expansions up to and including SOF?

lost login server passwords

i have over time created and lost the passwords for 2 login server accounts.. I have changed email addresses in he same period of time . since i quit using comcast and windstream. how can i recover...
