lost login server passwords

i have over time created and lost the passwords for 2 login server accounts.. I have changed email addresses in he same period of time . since i quit using comcast and windstream. how can i recover those lost passwords since i no longer have access to those email accounts? please send any valid replies to hesees@yahoo.com
