Spells for non-bards should work good enough for now(I'll fix knockbacks later). Still can't click them off but I'll worry about that after I get bard songs working... right now the icon shows up...

That said unless you're a bard at the moment spells work pretty well with the most current svn code. Bards are always a bit odd...

Ah well we're fairly good at keeping up with live esp with the packet collector working as well as it does. Just more work for us to keep supporting versions as they update them but no big deal.

The spells that have 10% chance to proc have 100 for their base value. Also no it doesn't but we could add that. That is more a limitation of focus effects in general than how we do it this one...
