Yes I have tried that and it sets you up to remote one of there servers and you cant move files from or to your pc so you cant use it for anything usefull besides playing around with it a bit.

They only lock it when there doing updates or testing when its open to public it gets alot of traffic.

note:minilogin from the Files page works for me
loginserver.ini shiould look like this
MAKE SURE WORLD ADDRESS READS 127.0.0.1 if using Minilogin...

Are you riding the boat or monitoring from a distance like on a dock watching it???
The Client dosent seem to update the boats position corectly unless you are right on it or VERY close im talking...
