NTFS vs. FAT - Which one for EQ

Running Win XP and installing a 10gig drive just for Everquest and Mysql.

I'm pretty sure that I should format it NTFS, but checking for other opinions - would FAT32 be better for any reason?

Had the same problem with 4.4 but was hoping 5.0...
