it was a problem with my router being either unplugged or the i.p resetting and I had to go in and reforward it to the proper ip.

Question NPC's wont take items and only give items sometimes.

When i try to turn in gnoll fangs on a server i just launched the npc just hands them back. My friend paslie said she could receive certain quest items from an npc in qeynos (but not all) - she hasnt...
