If you mean allowing players to use chat channels when they first start, that is in your rule_values table. You can set the Karma related rules there to allow people to use chat commands whenever you want them to be able to once they have reached the Karma you want to require (if any).

If you mean allowing /ooc and /auction to be sent to the whole world or just a single zone, I think that is in the rules as well. Just have a look there as there are a TON of settings you can adjust.

The commands table is only for # commands, not / commands. The / commands are set in the client and not directly controlled by the server exactly.
Epic, thanks - I will know if talk works as soon as i have one of my friends test it out for me, We were also having issues with the npcs eating the loot, I was told it has to do with a plugin in default.pl but I wasn't sure which one it was (the onein eqemu/quest i believe, but when i looked there wasnt one there but there was one in eqemu/quest/quest) - any ideas? =P

Anyhow, thank you so much for that heads-up about the rules table.
