Usually its just a login server glitch, nothing to serious to be concerned about. It usually has to do with which client is trying to access the server screen, It looks different for each client.

This was an old issue of mine, it did end up...

This was an old issue of mine, it did end up being a missing update. I had to manually update my client the last time to get it to work since the autoupdate wasn't detecting it.

Certain zones you can teleport to the new or old versions depending on what you type, I.E.
#zone tox vs #zone toxxulia will send you to the new or old one. Its based on the name of the zone file.

So it doesn't matter if the firewall in windows is off or not, your Modem and router each have their own firewalls that you need to port forward or it won't work.
