New Debian Server
I've been running my old Debian server for years, just taping it together here and there and fighting to avoid a new build. Well, I'm finally taking the leap. Figured I would learn Docker while I was at it, which I have to say, I do not like! lol
Anyway, this is where I'm hung up. I'm following the installation guide, and maybe I need something a little more comprehensive? The trouble I have always had with Debian is it's just not "ready to go" Before you can run curl commands, you have to install curl, same with so many other pieces, so it could just be that I'm missing something. The only real struggle I had so far was just getting my eqemu account in the sudoer file lol
eqemu@debian:/opt/eqemu-servers/akk-stack$ make install
docker-compose pull
unable to get image 'stilliard/pure-ftpd': Cannot connect to the Docker daemon a t unix:///var/run/docker.sock. Is the docker daemon running?
make: *** [Makefile:114: install] Error 1
