I can't use the LUC model????

Hi guys,
I find a stange question.My PC's graphics card is ATI HD6850,OS is windows 7 64bit,CPU is Q8200,4GB RAM,the client is Titanium,everthing is all right.can log in game,can play game.But I can't use the LUC model,what's happened?
I open the OptionsEditor.exe in game directory,it can't read the graphics card.How can i solve the problem?!
