I read the code you post.And I find it is same as you give me. It doesn't work.
I readly didn't know how to do.
The optionseditior is showed like the image
I have select all of them.and next,next,save it.but the next time i open the optionseditior,all of them are not selected,just like the IMG......

I suspect that you are running a custom dbstr_us.txt file. You need to use the one that comes off of the titanium installation.

The other issue it could be is that you do not have the english language packs installed. You can find them on the windows CD or on microsoft's website.

Try those, see if they work.
