Loginserver.ini

I was wondering why it always says I cant login when I hit connect so I looked to see if I had a loginserver.ini thing and I dont ( so can anyone tell me what one of those are suspose to look like?

and its the Error 1001 Always happens every time I have no Idea why and I dont got that stupid GoD patch either so plz help tks
