Open you loginserver.ini

change it so it looks like this

loginserver=newlogin1.eqemulator.net
loginport=5994
worldname=***
worldaddress=***
locked=false
account=
password=


[WorldServer]
Defaultstatus=***
Unavailzone=

See the account= and password=

make sure they are blank (they equal nothing)
