				 anybody here using cedega for run EQ on linux? 
 Hi guys, i am trying run EQ on linux (ubuntu), using cedega, but i am having a lot of problems for get it working properly...i can enter the world, but i cant see the world :P I only can see good to my char. Anybody have used cedega for play EQ on linux? any idea or what should i configure on cedega or eqclient.ini for get good perfomance? I have a ATI radeon 9200 with ATI propietary drivers, and they are correctly installed, i already have checked it. plz any tip or help would be welcome.

 doodman runs it exclusively under cedega...
 I know people have had significant problems getting it to work with ATI cards, if you have an nvidia card around, you might give that a try.

 I also run EQ under Cedega fine.

 I used to a while ago when it was WineX, with a ton of errors... but of course I had this odd card, nVidia TnT Riveria... didnt work right with mesa :S |

What eqclient.ini configuration? and what options have u activated on Transgaming Cedega profile for eq? 
 
i am getting crazy, because it take 5 min for get to character selection screen, then i have to wait 5 min for see what results i have got for each change that i have done..

 If you got your computer from a store, you likely have windows, so I always just get another hard drive for linux and keep the one they give me for gaming    as most games need windows. |

 yes, i have other partition with windows, but i would prefer dont have to reboot the pc each time that i want play to EQ =/ furthermore, i am trying to delete win partition totally, so soon like crossover office gives complete support for dreamweaver and i can run EQ on linux, i ll delete win partition :P
 And what graphics card u think that i could use for good perfomance with eq on linux using cedega?

 nvidia has far better linux support, ATI is slowly catching on but atm...If you want to game on your linux partition, I suggest you invest in an nvidia card, or just borrow one from somewhere   :p

 I use linux with ATI and Nvidia also easy, now support for drivers is better
