I used that one to the letter on two different machines without any issue.

Win Xp 32bit desktop

and

Win 7 64bit laptop

Ya, the only difference I am doing since then is using the login.ini now, but
that one pointed to the eqemulogin.ini
I actually have three different xml configs setup to change back and forth, when
I want to test private, private with outside conncections, and public.
