Try removing the lines which start w/ account and password completely, those caused me a problem and removing them fixed it. Like so.

The other thing I've noticed after reading your post again is I have serious doubts your router is causing the problem. Could you post your eqhosts.txt? and do a search on your machine for hosts, save that as a text file and post the results, I've got a feeling your answer is in there somewhere.
